Return/Exchange Policy

By placing an order with Preemie-Yums you are committing to take delivery of this order and complete payment for the production. Orders may be cancelled if we are contacted within 10 days of placing the order. If product arrives damaged or is otherwise not acceptable then we will do our best to replace the item or exchange it for like product. No cash refunds are given on custom cut orders.
